What it does:

This do-it-all formula removes waterproof makeup and does the dissolving away of makeup without leaving an oily after-feel.

How to Apply:

-Use day or night, cleansing one eye area at a time.

-Apply a drop to the cotton ball.

-With eye closed, massage gently over lid and lashes the cotton with the eye makeup remover.

-Wipe up then down, then open the eye and wipe underneath.

-Tissue off, or rinse off any residue with water if necessary.
