Description: This creamy, blendable eyeliner is available in a wide range of basic and fashion colors. Glides on easily and stays all day. Sugar Plum or Emerald will make green or hazel eyes pop. Chestnut or Toast will enhance brown eyes while Ocean Liner or Navy can add a sexy smolder to blue eyes. Be daring and try a basic color like Charcoal or Onyx with a flash of one of our other colors.

How to Apply: Glide the eye pencil from the inner corner across your eyelid. Then draw a diagonal line reaching upward to the end of the eyebrow. Fill in the outline. You may also apply along lash line to add definition to the eye and lashes. Blend with a brush if desired.
